Educational Qualification:

  1. Group General Manager (Civil): Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Group General Manager (IT): Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Technology/Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
  3. Group General Manager (Mechanical): Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology or related fields.
  4. Group General Manager (ES&T): Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Power Supply/Instrumentation and Control/related fields.
  5. Assistant Manager (S&T): Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Science/IT or related fields.
  6. Assistant Manager (Electrical): Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Power Supply/Instrumentation and Control or related fields.
  7. Group General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant.
  8. Deputy General Manager (HR): MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/Personnel Management/related fields.

Selection Process:

  • For Assistant Manager (S&T) and Assistant Manager (Electrical):
    • Written Test (60%) and Interview (40%).
    • Written Test: 125 objective type questions, 2.5 hours, no negative marking.
    • Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for UR/EWS, 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD in the written test; 60% for UR/EWS, 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD in the interview.
  • For Group General Manager and Deputy General Manager:
    • Interview (100%).
    • Minimum qualifying marks: 60% for UR/EWS, 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD in the interview.

Age Limit:

  • Group General Manager (Civil, IT, Mechanical, ES&T, Finance): 53 years.
  • Assistant Manager (S&T, Electrical): 32 years.
  • Deputy General Manager (HR): 41 years.

Application Fees:

  • General/OBC Candidates: Rs. 600 + taxes.
  • EWS/SC/ST/PwD Candidates: Rs. 300 + taxes.

  4. Fill in details and upload required documents.
  5. Make the online payment.
  6. Print and retain the application form with the registration number.
  7. Submit self-attested scanned copies of required documents at the time of document scrutiny and interview if called.
