- Senior Officer - CGD Operations & Maintenance/Projects: 4-years full-time regular engineering course in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil Engineering.
- Senior Officer/Assistant Manager - Non-Fuel Business: Full-time MBA or PGDM with specialization in Sales/Marketing/Operations AND 4-years full-time regular engineering course.

- IS Security Officer - Cyber Security Specialist (FTC): 4-years full-time regular engineering degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communications/Information Security or MCA (Relevant certifications desirable).
- Quality Control Officer (FTC): 2 Years full-time regular M.Sc. in Chemistry (Analytical/Physical/Organic/Inorganic).
Selection Process:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Chemical Engineers: Based on educational qualifications and interview.
- Senior Officers and Managers: Consideration of relevant managerial experience and interview.
- Chartered Accountants and Quality Control Officers: Evaluation of qualifications and relevant experience, followed by an interview.
- IS Officers (FTC) and IS Security Officer (FTC): Based on educational qualifications, relevant certifications, and experience.
- Quality Control Officer (FTC): Based on qualifications and relevant experience in the field.
Age Limit:
- Maximum permissible age varies per position, generally ranging from 25 to 45 years.
- Age relaxation up to 2 years for candidates with relevant experience exceeding the minimum required experience.
