Educational
Qualification:
Candidates must be retired officers with a minimum of three years of working
experience in the rank of Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam or its
equivalent in State/Central PSUs or Statutory/Autonomous bodies. The consultant
should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS
Office/Computer applications, and a strong capability in handling in-depth
work.

The maximum age limit is 62 years
